The vision of this Institute is to permeate the four corners of Nigeria, and beyond; and establish access to effective Justice delivery through faster, cheaper and easier ways of resolving disputes, thereby establishing peaceful co-existence, promoting national cohesion, and an atmosphere where businesses can thrive, conflicts resolved and frustrations/resentment transformed.

The Institute has over ten thousand (10,000) members of varying backgrounds and different spheres of life as change agents in building and sustaining peaceful coexistence. Every year, members converge in an Annual General Meeting. This quorum is the highest decision-making body of the Institute.

The Institute has a Governing Council made up of distinguished men and women. The council supports and endorses policy formulation and implementation. The execution of the policies and day to day running of the Institute lies in the National Executive presided over by the President who is also the Chairman of the Governing Council.

Because of its rich blend, the Institute has within its ODR Panel of Neutrals some of the best dispute’s resolution experts in Africa. 

This Virtual Center is designed to provide access to Justice and resolution of disputes of organizations and individuals with interest in Nigeria who reside within and outside Nigeria.

 It means that with the use of Your smart phone, You can go to Our ODR Center/Platform and file or complain about whatever concerns You have and Our experts will attend to You. Our Experts can assist in resolving commercial disputes, family disputes, communal disputes, life challenges and struggles; You can get them all resolved.
